Developed over a total area of 80,000 square meters, the project is intended to accompany 8 office use buildings, creating a strong integration between architecture and green. The project is built around a central basin from which wind paths and pedestrian walkways. The area, designed to be a green space and to improve the quality of work in the urban tissue in which it is inserted, is characterized by the massive presence of grasses that make the whole vegetative system light and animated.
the nature declares, creates bonds, connections, relationships. a new life which regenerates the urban fabric and improves the quality of life: a new landscape that paints the future of our cities. the natural environment becomes the star of a scenario evolving, moving with the development anthropic with which he related to define new guidelines for a sustainable living.
The brief was to create a green urban system that functions both as an equipped path along the sea, and as a visual and spatial filter between the built-up area and the beach, a space that meets the increasing need for green areas, socializing , relaxing and recreating. At the same time the project deals and solves the pressing demand for parking, located entirely in a basement floor: thus the whole area represents a green roof system.
Project for a new resort, Crvena Luka (red soil, located in the south of Zadar on the Croatian coast, providing partial demolition and reconstruction of the '60s settlement. For one thing the brief was to preserve the existing landscape along the entire seafront, consisting on a pine forest, an oak forest and portions of Mediterranean scrub, and for another the project involves placing new spontaneous species of Mediterranean area.
